WriteTheScope is a service of InsyncTech, Florida. Effective 2026-09-20.
What you type into the submission form (company, contact name, phone, email, the property address, the cause of loss, notes and measurements) and the photos you upload. If you subscribe to a plan, our payment processor collects your card; we never see or store the full card number. Our server keeps ordinary access logs (IP address, browser, time) for security.
To write your estimate, to send it back to you, to bill your plan, and to answer you. Photos and notes are processed by software we run ourselves to organize the loss before a person writes the scope. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use your project data to advertise to anyone.
The people writing your estimate. Our payment processor for billing. Our email and text providers to deliver messages you asked for. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Submissions often contain a homeowner's name, address or claim number. We treat it as your customer's confidential information: it is used only to write the estimate, it is never contacted by us, and it is deleted on your request.
Submissions, photos and estimates are kept while you are a customer and for three years after, so we can prepare supplements and answer questions about past work. Ask and we delete sooner, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
Email ian@insynctech.io to see, correct or delete what we hold about you or your company. Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop them. Email: every message has an unsubscribe link, or just reply and say so.
Data is stored on servers we control, encrypted in transit, backed up nightly, and reachable only by the people who need it to do the work.
